Our client who are a leading UK company with over 25 years'? experience designing, manufacturing, supplying and installing stainless steel, glass and aluminium balustrade solutions for both homes and businesses are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join their thriving local company.
Main duties will be;
- Receiving incoming calls.
- Taking enquiries and dealing with issues over the phone.
- Taking details from calls and logging onto the system.
- Emailing clients from Residential and Commercial Properties.
- General Administration - filing, faxing etc.
- Completing order forms.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience;
- Previous experience in Customer Service.
- Professional and polite telephone manner.
- Able to work on own initiative.
- Driven and self-motivated.
- Computer Literate - Able to use Microsoft Packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook.
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am-17:30pm and will be working a 40 hour week.
Salary is £18,000 per Annum.
This is a Permanent position with an immediate start available.
