Lettings Administrator - Stoke on Trent
Pinpoint recruitment are currently seeking a lettings administrator on behalf of our fast-growing client based in Fenton.
Our client offers a very bespoke lettings service and a niche concept in today`s property market. They are not your average high street agent and are looking for an administrator to fit in with their fantastic lettings team. The ideal candidate will need to be a people person, aspiring to work with people from all walks of life and help prospective tenants through the application process.
You should be confident and self-motivated, with the drive to progress in your career.
The role involves dealing with both landlords and tenants daily, therefore you will need to have a pleasant and coherent telephone manner and be able to communicate effectively. You must have good computer skills, be competent in Microsoft Office and be able to learn new software quickly.
- Supporting the lettings team in general administration duties
- Registering enquiries and arranging viewing appointments
- Taking/directing phone calls
- Data entry/reporting

Previous experience is not completely necessary as full training will be provided, some knowledge of a similar working environment or customer services/admin experience will be helpful.
Working hours are 9-5pm Monday to Friday. This is a temp2perm role meaning you will be taken on by our client direct following your probation period if you fit well with the team, at which point a yearly salary will then be offered directly.
