Part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk required for an immediate start, for an exciting temporary opportunity working for a leading business based in the heart of Rugby. Working as part of a friendly finance team, you will be solely responsible for the day to day running of the purchase ledger function. Your duties will include; matching, batching and coding up to 300 invoices on a weekly basis, processing supplier payments, reconciling supplier statements, resolving supplier queries and other ad hoc duties as required.

My client is looking for an experienced purchase ledger clerk who can join the business and hit the ground running. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to adhere to strict deadlines and experience working with a computerised finance pacakage is essential.

My client is well established business based in Rugby with an open and friendly culture. This business is easily accessible by public transport and will be working upto 30 hours across 4 days, this could become a permanent opportunity for the successful candidate.
