Customer Service Executive / Order Processor
We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Executive to work for our Cheslyn Hay based client.
Due to location the successful candidate will either need to drive or live local.
The successful candidate MUST possess customer services experience preferably within a manfacturing environment.
The role's key priority is to maintain current customer relations whilst attracting new business.
Requirements for successful candidate:
Excellent customer interaction
Professional E-commerce capabilities
After sales customer care
Producing weekly reports
Telemarketing / Telesales
New business co-ordination
The applicant will need to be able to work to a high level of efficiency whilst maintaining accuracy.
Salary is negotiable dependant on experience
Working hours 08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Friday - Overtime will be required in line with meeting the requirements of the business.
