Service Workshop Manager
The Auto-Sleepers Customer Service Team seek a Service Workshop Manager to join their busy, factory based, Motorhome Service Centre in Willersey, near Evesham.
The Service Workshop Manager is responsible for all aspects of the service workshop operation.
The role is principally concerned with the management of work passing through the workshops, managing the service team, labour allocations, material requisitioning, organising sub-contractors, estimating and invoicing and providing technical advice to trade and retail customers.
The management of our customer's expectations is a key part of this role so first class customer handling skills, the ability to quickly establish relationships with customers, solid interpersonal skills, and good communication techniques are essential.
In addition the appointee will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are being correctly checked onto and off site, allocating and checking out a loan vehicles, correct use of IT systems, managing the progress of jobs, liaising with the customer during the progression of work, completing full descriptions of the work done, producing invoices and providing technical support to customers by telephone and e-mail.
The successful applicant will need to hold a full UK driving licence, without serious convictions.
Hours - Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 5pm and 7.30am to 3pm Friday, 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, company pension on completion of 3 month trial period.
