Apprentice Administrator - Executive Support / Business Support Assistant

Salary: National Minimum Wage/National Living Wage

Based: Walsall, West Midlands

Contract: Fixed Term Contract - 2 years

They are looking for an Apprentice Administrator to join their Executive Support Team to provide a high level of administrative support that contributes to the team delivering an efficient and effective service to the Senior Leadership Team, whilst undertaking a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Support the team with varied administrative tasks in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Act as the first point of contact for colleagues, customers, partners and the general public.

  • Ensure accurate file management and reporting of information using their IT systems and databases.

  • Diary management and booking of conferences and events.

At the end of your apprenticeship you will hold an industry recognised NVQ Level 3 qualification in Business Administration which will be supported by two years practical work experience.
