Salary: GBP7.83 per hour + holiday pay
Flexible Hours: which may include days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
Location: Leamington Spa, Warwick and surrounding areas.

About the role of Support Worker
You will be providing support to our customers to meet their particular needs as identified within their support plan, enabling them to make informed choices while promoting their independence, privacy and dignity.
Duties may include:
• Supporting customer to shop for things they wish to buy including their clothes and food
• Helping customers to do their housework, including cleaning and laundry
• Assisting our customers to prepare their meals
• Supporting customers to find opportunities in education, employment and leisure and enable them to take part in these opportunities
• Help our customers manage their own money
• Supporting customers with their day to day travel arrangements and holidays as required
