SF Group are currently recruiting for a experienced HR Advisor for our client based in Rugby. The Salary for this role is £30,000.
The role a full time position.
o To be the first point of contact for all HR related queries at the site.
o To manage the recruitment and selection of M&P and WPR/Negotiated Staff roles in the most cost effective way negotiating rates with agencies
o utilising web based services to cut costs of using agencies;
o managing recruitment process from requisition to hire;
o Managing interview process from scoping interview; telephone interview (if applicable); to structured competency interview as part of assessment centre
o Organising and conducting assessment centres
o Managing all admin associated with recruitment including offer letters and testing requirement etc
o Provide administration support for the onboarding process from offer letter through to joining and induction - offer letters, payroll information, references and DBS checks, contracts etc.
o Deliver the HR induction and brief new starters on relevant policies, use of attendance systems etc.
o Answer queries in relation to our attendance management system (Yourself)
o Prepare reports on absence, holidays, new starters
o Ensure that global people metrics are up to date and submit data for the UK office
o Provide administration support to the programming of induction of all new starters and general administration support
