We are an independent provider of Home (Domiciliary) Care to people living at home. We have been operating in the business for over 10 years and our passion and focus is providing high-quality person-centred care, treating all our clients with dignity and respect, and ensuring their safety, health, and well-being is maintained. We offer a wide range of services including personal care, end of life care, and assistance with cleaning, shopping and companionship.

We are looking for Care Assistants / Support Workers / Care Workers to join our growing team that are looking to make a difference to our service user lives. We are looking for permanent staff who can work either full time, part time or even bank hours each week. Experience is preferable but is not necessary as full training is required.

Nationwide Care wants all of its care staff to have a good work / home life balance and are happy to work with the applicant to find a work pattern that is suitable for the applicant and the company. We have numerous staff that work just evenings, just mornings and just weekends. The only minimum requirement is that the applicant must work be able to work every other weekend. Hourly Rate is based on Contact time delivered to the service users.

We are looking for a staff members in the Worcestershire Area. Areas that we cover are as follows:

Worcester, Droitwich, Malvern, Stourport on Severn, Kidderminster

• Bank Holiday rates for staff are paid at time and a half of applicable hourly rates. (Earn up to GBP13.00 an hour on these days)

Our Care Worker / Support Worker /Care Assistants are responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the very best standards of care and support in their home
The Care Workers / Support Worker / Care Assistant role will involve:

• Providing personal care and support to clients including washing, bathing/bathroom assistance
• Provide refreshments, snacks and assist at meal times
• Do beds and general housekeeping duties, providing practical support and domestic tasks including laundry, etc.
• Ensure confidentiality at all times
• Promote mobility and independence
• Develop healthy relationships with Service Users, relatives, visitors and the care team
• Communicate effectively with the nursing team
• Assist with on-going assessments of Service Users, reporting any changes
• Assist with the training of new care team members

A Successful Care Worker / Support Worker / Care Assistant will have:
