We are currently working with a brilliant four star hotel resort in the Sutton Coldfield area of Birmingham who are looking for a passionate chef de partie to join their hotel restaurant team.

The restaurant boasts an AA rosette award, an award winning Executive Head Chef and many more fantastic acheivements. The menu consists of dishes made from only the freshest locally sourced produce and menu's are changed seasonally to ensure the best quality of ingredients are being served for the time of year.

The position of chef de partie will be working 48 hours per week, straight shifts usually from 12-10:30pm, looking after your own section of the kitchen ensuring correct prep levels, ordering and training of junior staff.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as chef de partie in a fresh food kitchen, will show a real passion for food and will be lookign to develop their career.
