Ashlawn School is a highly successful and oversubscribed 11-18 school based in Rugby, Warwickshire. Graded as "Outstanding" in all areas (Ofsted 2013), we are known for our enthusiastic and dedicated staff and students.
We are delighted to offer the opportunity for a dedicated, focussed and knowledgeable individual to join our team as our new HR Officer. We are looking for a hardworking, tenacious person with a pro-active and self-starting approach to work.
Working within a small team the post holder will be responsible for all personnel services/records (including payroll) and ensuring all employment related actions/policies are legally compliant; ongoing advice will be available from The HR Dept (our outsourced HR provider). One of the key focus areas for this position will be ensuring all employee managers within the Trust have sufficient HR support to effectively manage their respective departments, therefore an ability to successfully ensure processes are adhered is essential.
