A new role has become available to wok in central Lichfield, the role is Permanent and you will be joining an established team who take pride in the service offered. You will need to be forward thinking, methodical and want to excel in the service offered.

The Role:

Key Responsibilities

  • 1st line support on phone and email. Logging and solving as many as possible either directly or in liaison with the team
  • Providing updates to clients in a timely manner
  • Liaising with internal teams to obtain an update on a weekly basis
  • Attending and documenting scoping meetings and producing/maintaining Go-Live plans
  • Co-ordinating the delivery of solutions to clients where assigned as lead D&S team member
  • Assisting on training sessions
  • Liaising with internal teams on estimating and scheduling Bespoke development for clients
  • Remaining up to date with schedules
  • Basic system testing when required around deployments of sprint milestones


  • Experience in a similar role
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide updates in a timely manner
  • Flexible on working hours as some early starts are needed
  • Nicely spoken and well presented

Salary : GBP 22,000

Hours : 9.00 am - 5.30 pm
