Motor Trade Service Advisor
Motor Trade Service Advisor required in Newtown, Powys
GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Mon - Fri 8.00am - 5.30pm | Sat 8.30 - 12.30pm on a rota basis
We are actively seeking to recruit an experienced and professional Service Advisor to join our client's car dealership in Newtown.
The role will involve dealing with customers both in person and over the phone; recording customers' requirements in a professional and polite manner. Booking/loading customers vehicles onto the workshop system and arranging service loan cars.
You will have good technical knowledge and have the ability to communicate this knowledge to our customers and our vehicle technicians for them to work from. You will need to ensure excellent customer satisfaction at all times. You will be required to sell additional services we offer. You will also be required to process all warranty repair claims and recall work following a full warranty/recall process.
The successful candidate will ideally have a dealership background, be result driven and have the ability to work as part of a team or on your own initiative. You must possess excellent customer service and telephone skills as well as being polite and maintaining a professional manner at all time.
Full UK driving licence required.
