Alma Personnel have been instructed to recruit an experienced Administrator/Customer Service person to be based out of their offices. They want someone who is customer focused with good administrative skills.

Temporary initially to cover maternity, with a strong possibility of going permanent.

Joining a busy team, you will support the business across a wide range of administrative duties, working closely with all team members as required.

Your main responsibilities will include:

·Answering calls and emails, taking messages and recording information;

·Maintaining our internal database, updating and inputting data;

.Booking appointments

.Raise supplier concerns and liaise with suppliers

.Upload documents on to the database

.Dealing with pricing queries

.Prepare and update spreadsheets

·Other duties may be required from time to time as well as cover for other team members

The ideal candidate will:

·Have proven previous experience in a similar role;

·Be well organised and have excellent time management;

·Have good attention to detail;

·Have proven ICT skills with proficiency in MS Office programs, particularly Word and Excel;

·Have EXCELLENT telephone manner;

·Work well alone or within a team;

·Use own initiative;

·Have good communication skills.
