We are looking to recruit a Commercial Administrator to join our commercial team based in our Worcester office reporting to the area Commercial Director.
The ideal candidate will provide support to the commercial department which will include -
- Electronic and paper filling of correspondence
- Answering calls from subcontractors /suppliers/ employees
- Data input of fortnightly and monthly subcontractor payments
- Preparing electronic subcontractor orders for customer options and incentives
- Logging and processing customer orders
- Collating information for regional monthly reports
All candidates should possess a good knowledge of Microsoft (2010), word and Excel and have great attention to detail.
