Your new role
You will split your time between phone work and administration duties, working on a one-to-one basis with your line manager. You will deal with company customers and clients to enhance the customer journey, and create and build on these positive relationships. You will also negotiate and manage external suppliers in line with company policy, and this is an important part of the role.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need previous customer service experience, either over the phone or face-to-face. You will possess excellent communication skills, as well as a professional telephone manner and a keen willingness to learn. Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads is also extremely important, and you must possess good IT skills and be literate in Microsoft Office.
