At our picturesque Children's Service on the outskirts of Bromyard, we are looking for passionate, forward-thinking and qualified Team Leaders like you to join us in supporting amazing Young People.
This is a brilliant opportunity for you to join us as a Team Leader, within a friendly and welcoming team, supporting Young Males aged between 10-18 years with complex behaviours.
You will possess a Level 3 in Children's Residential Care (or equivalent) in order to hit the ground running, and be keen to succeed!
Please note; as beautiful as our location is, a full driving licence is required due to the rurality of the area
If you have an insatiable desire to help some of the UK's most vulnerable Young People and experience working within a similar position, we want to hear from you. This is a job where no day is the same; you will be heavily involved in supporting the Young People to ensure they live as fulfilling lives as possible. You will have flexibility in order to do our 2 days on, 4 days off shift patterns and have a desire to progress.
