An international law firm based in Birmingham City Centre is seeking a Team Assistant to deal with case files; perform secretarial duties; contribute to client liaison and aid with any ad hoc tasks when required. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established and reputable firm. This role could offer a route to becoming a fantastic Legal PA in the future!

This role will primarily involve:

  • Building relationships across the teams

  • Diary management and booking travel arrangements

  • Coordination of meetings and room bookings

  • Handling of telephone queries and emails professionally

  • Maintaining the systems and files

  • Supporting the fee earners with a range of duties

  • Providing the office manager with ad hoc project support when necessary

  • Handling legal documentation

This really is an all-round, varied administrative role. Ideally you will be an excellent organiser who is able to think on their feet.
