A unique opportunity has arisen within a city centre firm for an experienced legal PA looking for a step up into a team leader position. We are looking for someone with a solid skillset and some experience managing a diverse team and processes within a professional services environment for a varied dual role. This will be a fast paced role in which you must be able to demonstrate knowledge of administrative processes, as well as delegate and support the development of each member of the team. In addition to this you will also be required to offer first class PA support to the Head of the Office. Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Full PA support to the Head of Birmingham including diary management, project work and document production

  • Professional supervision of the businesses PAs ensuring client engagement is managed appropriately

  • Managing the support resource within the office ensuring all functions are covered during periods of holiday and sickness

  • Identification of training needs and solution seeking including induction of new starters

  • Organise and run team and one-to-one meetings with team members in order to ensure regular updates and appraisals

    You must be able to demonstrate experience in the above listed responsibilities as well show insight as to how the role could be developed in order to ensure continued progress for the business.
