Salary - GBP24,000 to GBP27,000
SCE are seeking a brand-new pastry chef who looking to start a brand-new position and progress further in their career to join our client's kitchen team. Our client Located in the popular Cotswold village of Broadway, Our Client is part of a long-established Luxury Hotel group.
Our Client's busy 19-bedroom hotel, including a Gastro Bar, Courtyard & 2 Rosette Brasserie Restaurant, is popular with the locals and visitors to the Cotswold Village.
Afternoon Tea is extremely popular at our clients Hotel which I am extremely proud to say is all made freshly in house. The Pastry Chef joining our clients brigade needs to have passion, flair and an eye for detail.
You will be in charge of the Pastry section within the team and report to the Sous or Head Chef. A minimum of 4 years Rosette experience in a similar position is required.
You will be required to work split shifts & and work 1 Breakfast shift per week.
