Highly regarded firm seeks a talented Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its office in Shropshire. The Role A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Conveyancing Solicitor in our client's practice located in Shropshire. The successful candidate will be experienced in Residential Property matters and undertake duties which may include but will not be limited to: • Freehold and leasehold Sales and Purchases • Transfers • Re-mortgages • Submitting and reviewing searches • Obtaining Land Registry documents The Candidate Applications are encouraged from solicitors with a minimum of five years' PQE who have: • Experience in managing own caseload of residential conveyancing from start to finish. • Familiar with dealing with a high volume of matters under minimal supervision. • Strong communication skills both verbally and written. • Ability to work efficiently in a team and individually. • Experience in using a case management system. • Knowledge of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme is desired but not essential.
