Our established client in the Burton area have a Senior Adminstrator role available on a Temporary to Permanent basis.

Duties

  • Working in a busy and fast paced office environment
  • Answering incoming calls
  • Providing administrative support to all levels
  • Dealing with post, calls and e mails in a timely manner
  • Completing general administration tasks
  • Diary management and organising meetings
  • Collating reports
  • Preparing files for internal teams
  • Ensuring all expenses are received on time
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Scheduling work
  • Sending confirmation information to clients
  • Using and updating excel spreadsheets

Experience Required

Intermediate level of IT literacy and knowledge including Word, Excel, PowerPoint andOutlook

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels of thebusiness
  • Excellent organisationalskills
  • Team player essential
  • Ability to react positively with sudden and unexpected changes indemand
  • Can work accurately and effectively under pressure to tight deadlines and under owninitiative
  • Comfortable dealing with sensitive and confidentialinformation

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team and also on their own initiative, be well organised and have an intermediate level of IT literacy. Candidates need to have a minimum of two years office based experience to be considered.

Salary: GBP20,300 per annum

Hours : 9.00 am - 5.15 pm
