Due to expansion they now require an individual to develop relationships with clients, cross sell products and troubleshoot IT queries.
To be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate an interest in technology, excellent contact centre/telephone experience and knowledge of working within a KPI/SLA managed role.

This position covers a shift pattern of 5 days over 7, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The weekly shifts are divided by the team with the working hours 6am - 7pm week days and 9am - 5pm weekend.
