Your new role
An integral role to the business, you will be supporting account managers with all sales administration duties on a daily basis. Working in a small, yet experienced team, you will liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure sales orders are processed efficiently, whilst also ensuring all documentation is complete in line with shipping procedures.
Large volumes of stock are delivered to site, therefore reporting on stock, shipment and orders will need to be monitored on internal systems and Microsoft packages.
Training on in house systems will be available upon starting your new position.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong background within administration or sales administration, able to handle large volumes of work autonomously. This will include; order processing, liaising with suppliers and customers, managing end to end order processes and all documentation and shipments/delivery of stock.
