Team Leader (Nurse)

• Hours : Full Time (flexible hours) 37 hours We're seeking a Team Leader who is also a Registered Nurse to lead our dedicated team at Marloes Walk in Leamington Spa.
The successful candidate will be leading clinically as well as from a team management point of view. A skilled and experienced nurse when it comes to looking after people with learning disabilities, your challenge will be to clinically drive and develop our service. You'll focus on making it the most outstanding service possible for everyone who uses it so that they each receive an uninterrupted programme of care.
Together, we'll face many challenges at Marloes Walk because our individual's needs can be constantly changing. You'll provide strong clinical support as a Nurse Team Leader, helping to deliver an exceptional service to the most vulnerable people. Your time will be split between leading a shift and managing a team of support workers, and providing clinical leadership to our other nurses.
We're looking for a talented and suitably qualified nurse with hands-on clinical knowledge and experience of leading and directing a team. As one of our nurses, we also expect you to share our innovative approach and passion for person-centred care. Registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council, you'll be able to use clear clinical judgement and encourage a culture of ongoing improvement, and you'll need an up-to-date knowledge of the wider Learning Disability sector, including current legislation.

Shift pattern: 37 hours weekly - working 7-2.30, 2-9.30 and 9.15 - 7.15. There is also the need to participate in an attending on call rota
