About the Role-
As a Psychology NQT, you will be teaching as part of a high-achieving Science Department and you will be using the CPD schemes to develop new teaching techniques and approaches. Understand the value of teamwork as part of a cohesive department and be happy teaching up to KS4. In this post you will be working with some talented practitioners and in constant communication with the SLT. In general, you will be working under a dedicated Head of Department who takes into account the ideas of the team.
