About Our Client

An exciting opportunity exists with my client, a major player in the professional services sector with a recognised national presence. They are looking to recruit an experienced Receptionist Administrator based in Worcester.

Job Description

You will be involved in general reception duties and other secretarial and administrative tasks required to ensure the smooth running of the office. The job is varied, interesting, stimulating, and will suit someone who can multi-task with a good ability to prioritise work. Telephone, email and face-to-face contact with clients, is an essential part of this role, so excellent communication skills are required

  • First point of contact for calls and visitors to the company
  • Answer all incoming calls in a timely manner
  • Message taking
  • Ensure the reception area and adjoining meeting and office spaces are kept tidy and properly stocked.
  • Screen the needs of customers and enquirers arriving without prior appointment, and to provide first level support where possible
  • Assist with face to face enquiries from customers and enquirers

  • Must have a professional manner when liaising with Internal and External customers
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills both written and spoken English
  • Experience of all Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word and Excel). Intermediate to advanced
