Recruitment & Training Advisor
Macildowie HR is excited to be working with an international Engineering business to hire a Recruitment and Training advisor for their Rugby head office. This role is permanent full time paying up to £30,000 per annum.
One of the main aspects of this role will be developing the L&D structure within the business and supporting the HR Director, installing new courses processes, completing analysis of compliance data and developing effecting learning programmes for all employees.
You will need to liaise with departmental managers in order to create courses around up skilling line management and refresher courses. You will review and expand the professional qualification support programme and also take a responsibility in implementing the onboarding process for new starters.
You will also be responsible for setting clear points of evaluation and able to demonstrate the degree of success achieved for all L&D activity.
The other key area of this role is support business units with recruitment activities ensuring job descriptions are in place, assessment and interview selection methods are appropriate. This may involve co-ordination/administration support through to attendance at interviews.
You will also design, introduce, deliver and monitor a Graduate recruitment and development programme. Working in conjunction with business unit leaders to create a fit for purpose and timely programme.
To be successful in this role, you will have had previous L&D experience and feel comfortable with developing and delivering training.
As well as this experience of recruiting across functions is an absolute must.
You must be extremely organised and have the ability to work collaboratively with other people across the business and will ideally have experience with managing projects as this will be a focus within the role and must be committed to providing a great level of service to your colleagues.
Experience in an engineering background is not a must, but would be highly advantageous.
