Engineering Apprenticeship Programme
Apprentices are a huge part of the Tulip family. If you love great-quality food, we have highly-skilled people who are ready to share their knowledge with you so that you can kickstart your career.
We are looking for talented individuals who want to pursue a career in Engineering.
The learning part of this programme is aimed at providing bespoke training to become a dual skilled Maintenance Engineer within 4 years. Candidates will develop skills to enable them to provide technical support in response to breakdowns on process systems, plant and equipment, including good fault finding techniques.
Our Engineering Apprenticeship programme is delivered by Birmingham Metropolitan College. You, along with the other Engineering Apprentices, will stay at the college three times year, for six weeks at a time. We call this ‘block learning’. We pay for all accommodation and travel expenses to ensure you are comfortable as possible when away from home. At the end of this programme you will have achieved a Level 3 in Food and Drink Engineering Maintenance.
We offer ongoing development opportunities for those individuals who are keen to progress and ambitious. Your learning doesn’t stop when your apprenticeship ends.
All Engineer Apprentices will begin in September 2019 and there are opportunities available throughout the UK.
