About the role

Our client are currently seeking to recruit Customer Service Advisors to join their team, a multi-channel contact centre based in Worcester. The role is the first point of contact for all their customers and is a key role in leading their company-wide drive to deliver customer service excellence. If you have what it takes to help them deliver then they want to hear from you.

About you

You will need to have experience of working in a customer focused environment dealing with enquiries either via the telephone or face to face and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages. You will have a commitment to owning the contacts you receive, whether it's by phone, email or social media, it is yours to solve. You will be committed to getting it right first time by resolving queries professionally and competently.

You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with people of all ages and backgrounds and deal with difficult and sensitive situations. You will need confidence, humour and the ability to help diffuse difficult conversations. You will have good organisation skills with an ability to work under pressure and a can-do attitude, being someone to inspire both customers and colleagues. Contact centre experience would be preferable but not essential.

About Them

Our client is an ambitious, forward thinking social housing business with over 15,000 properties across the Midlands. Working with them is more than just a job. They value the contribution that their staff make to their business and offer lots of opportunities for you to get involved - from helping to design their policies and connecting with colleagues through to some fun community events and projects.

They are committed to building a healthy, vibrant and inclusive organisation that treats people with respect and creates opportunities for all.
