Admin Assistant Temp to Perm
To be considered for this position you must be available to start with no notice period.
Role: Admin Assistant
Duration: Three month temping - Will go perm based on performance.
Location: CV8 -
Hours: 8:30am - 16:30pm - Monday - Friday
Consultant: Sadie Watts
Your main activities will include:
- Sales Order Processing via telephone and email
- Generate client invoices and raise credit notes
- Process purchase orders in a timely manner
- Log supplier invoices onto speadsheet
- Check monthly statements
- Send tracking details and invoice to customers
Skills & Qualifications required:
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Good communication skills both written and speaking
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Able to prioritise and manage your time effectively
- Impeccable attention to detail
