IT Support Analyst - Windows

Our client who have a global presence require an experienced Support Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis to help support their PC systems and Network.You will ideally have experience of Windows (Server & Desktop), Office 365 applications (SharePoint desirable), configuring and supporting equipment as well as a positive attitude and flexibility due to the nature of the department.

Role responsibilities:

  • To ensure that both the IT network and all devices within the network are maintained to professional, secure and current standards.
  • To assist the IT user community in supporting and developing its use of technology.
  • To identify where new technology could assist in developing client operations.
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees, vendors, and contractors.
  • To ensure that all systems remain within current compliance regulations.

Skills required:

  • Proven support experience within a Windows environment
  • Both Server and Desktop experience
  • Office 365 experience - Sharepoint is desirable
  • Configuring and supporting equipment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work well within a team
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to have a changing role
