On behalf of our well-established client based in Stratford-Upon-Avon, Quattro Recruitment are currently recruiting an Accounts Manager, to work within an Accountancy practice that offers an excellent opportunity for career progression.

The ideal candidate will have previous practice experience and be a strong team player. Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you have excellent written and verbal communication skills as you will be the primary day to day contact for around 100 clients.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity to work within a dynamic team, where your hard work and dedication is recognised. The working hours for this Client Manager position are Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm, however, a degree of flexibility is required.

The salary for this role is up to GBP30,000 per annum, dependant on experience, however, there is an attractive bonus structure in place.

Due to business growth, this is an exciting opportunity that offers career development and establishment of a client portfolio. Previous experience of managing client relationships is not essential as full support will be provided to achieve this. You will either be newly qualified, part qualified, with study support, or qualified by experience.

Main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:

• Working alongside the MD to support the management of a portfolio of clients
• Accounts production and monthly management accounts, year ends
• Manage client relationships
• Reviewing job list in Iris Practice Management software
• Delegating as appropriate to juniors; working to strict deadlines and managing work flow

This role is based in Stratford-upon-Avon, however, there will be a required to travel to clients up to 3 days a month As the Client Manager, you will be proactive, adaptable and be able to pick up and retain infromation quickly.
