My client in Redditch are currently recruiting an Administrator for a maternity leave cover for approximately 10 to 12 months. This is a full time, 35 hour week role.
You will be
Managing administrative processes and reporting to the General Manager .
Maintaining filing systems
Meeting and Greeting Visitors to the Office
Making travel arrangements
Organise office events
Order office supplies
Maintaining and reviewing supplier contracts
Organise and arrange meetings and appointments
Help with departmental recruitment needs
Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
Light accounting duties - some knowledge of accounting processes would be advantageous
Any other general office duties and helping in other departments which may be required
