Customer Service / Membership Administrator
Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Customer Service / Membership Administrator, for a well established client of ours; working in a small team you will be supporting the team by contacting members who have renewals outstanding and discussing the next steps with them. This is a fantastic opportunity for an admin driven individual to join a fast paced, highly driven team where you will be an integral part of the business.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Calling members who have not yet renewed their memberships and encouraging them to do so
- Ensuring CRM is all up-to-date and updating if and when appropriate
- Arranging telephone appointments to speak with membership primary contacts when necessary
- Data entry
- Providing a high level of customer service
Skills & Experience:
- This role will be very phone-based, so excellent telephone manner is required. Some experience working on the telephone would be advantageous
- Good IT skills
- Strong organisational skills
