National Sales Administrator

We are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator for our national sales team, you will be joining a small team of established sales and account managers that work to secure temporary recruitment business nationally. You will be working out of our Head Office in Bromsgrove, therefore you must be able to commute to this location.

To be considered for the role you must possess drive and motivation to succeed as well as the following personal attributes;

  • Confidence in liaising with colleagues from trainee level to Board Director
  • Well organised and manages their own time well
  • Good computer literacy with knowledge of excel, word and powerpoint
  • A passion to help get the business opportunities over the line
  • Working well under pressure as part of a team

The national sales team is headed up by Susan Harwood who over the last 15 years has developed and delivered multi million pound accounts for the business, this is an opportunity to join a vital and successful area of the business and grow as part of the team. Sue as well as other members of the team will work closely with the Sales Administrator who will support with vital work such as;

  • Interpreting data to support Account Manager with account plans and actions
  • Prepare and collate management information for Head of National Sales
  • Dealing with queries from our branch network
  • Liaise with branch network to collate information for projects
  • Conduct market analysis working with branches and Indeed
  • Update and maintain contact details and account information on the team's internal database
  • Provide monthly reports to the Account Manager outlining attendance and fulfilment, aged debt, spend figures and contract renewal dates for each of their accounts

We appreciate that you may not have had exposure to all of the above areas, however we also offer a market leading three month training course where you will learn about the business and how our branches operate, when you return to Head office the team will then work with you to fill any gaps in knowledge

The successful candidate for this role will receive a basic salary of GBP18,000 - GBP20,000, you will also be enrolled in our pension scheme. You will be entitled to 22 days paid holiday (plus 8 statutory days) per annum which will rise to 25 days (plus 8 statutory days) after one years' service.
