A leading professional services firm are currently seeking a full time corporate Front of House Receptionist, within their Birmingham office to 37.5 hours a week. This is a temporary to permanant position starting immediatly! The role will involve working as part of the facilities team, providing support with front of house, catering and post room.

General responsibilities include:

  • Answering calls efficiently and quickly

  • Meet and greet of all clients and visitors

  • Maintain the meeting rooms and the diary

  • Book and record all bookings

  • Collection of all mail internally and externally

  • Ordering and delivering of records

  • General administration duties

The ideal person is someone who has proven experience working within a customer focused environment and communicate well with clients and colleagues within a high end environment ie. Hotel, Leisure or Professional Services.. We would additionally ask that that the candidate can prioritise and work proactively. Previous experience in Microsoft packages would be essential for this role. A can do attitude is key to this role. Due to the facilities aspect of the role the ideal candidate must be someone with the ability to multi task and undertake some jobs that are strenuous such as moving tables.
