This firm have made big strides in their industry and continue to grow, which is why we're hiring. You'll be leading a team of c8 back end C# .NET Developers who range from junior to senior. Hiring and training new Developers will come naturally to you.
You'll work closely with the Technical Architect to deliver solutions including complex business logic systems and enterprise-scale applications.
You won't be programming but it's crucial you bring a hands-on coding background. Your main challenges will be around delivering systems that cope with ever-increasing load, so you'll be solving issues around performance, scalability and robustness.
It's a fast-paced environment so a cool, calm head is essential! Your pragmatic approach and ability to guide your Developers down the simplest route to deliver the most elegant code will shine in this role.
You'll enjoy working within an informal environment where people can't afford to get tied down with bureaucratic processes or meetings about meetings. This firm recognise the need to stay ahead of the game by investing significantly in technology.
