Wheely-Safe Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic self-starter, who has strong communication skills and is highly organised.
In return you will be working for a fast-growing Staffordshire-based company that will offer the right candidate the potential to develop within our business and broaden their skillset.
Duties of the Customer Support Representative will include:
* Training our clients' sales teams, so that they have a comprehensive knowledge of our products, understand all the features and benefits, and are ultimately confident when dealing with their customer base
* Attending joint sales visits (where required) and assuming the role as the 'expert' in the room
* Travelling - because our clients are located nationwide, travel can be expected with some nights away
The successful Customer Support Representative candidate will:
* Be an excellent and confident communicator
* Have a transport industry background (preferred), having performed a similar role previously
* Be IT literate
* Have a full and clean driving license
* Be flexible with working hours
What's on offer for the Customer Support Representative position:
* Permanent position (after successful probationary period)
* 38 hours per week (hours as required)
* Five weeks holiday per year
* Vehicle will be provided for work use
* Salary dependent on experience
