We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor for our client in Cannock. This role is on an ongoing temporary basis, however, has the potential to go permanent. Due to continued increase in workload, they are looking for additional support.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and will be required to deliver a consistently high level of customer service. They will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated and be able to communicate effectively. The main duties of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Taking incoming calls from customers
  • Dealing with general queries whether on the phone or via email
  • Processing customer orders
  • Arranging deliveries
  • Dealing with stock queries
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • General administration as required

The hours of work will be:

Monday - Thursday 9 - 5, Friday 9 - 4.30
