Osprey Engineering Solutions have been approached by a very well-known and respected compressor company. Due to continued expansion, we're looking to bring on a time-served sales engineer to cover the West Midlands.


- Base salary of GBP33k-GBP40k D.O.E

- Company car

- Bonus/Commission scheme

- Company healthcare/pension contribution.

The candidate:

- Time-served external sales person

- Proven track record of sales

- Commercially aware

- Have a good experience and technical knowledge of compressed air equipment

- BCAS / Mechanical Engineering qualification

- Based within 25 miles of Birmingham

The role:

- Based remotely, organising and attending appointments with new business prospects to sell the benefits of our client's products and their services

- To provide and present to customers our client's sales proposals to compressors for both capital sales, hire, ancillaries, installations and service agreements and to provide pre-sales and post-sales support with the aim of selling the 'whole' package

- To continue growth of our client and maintain an acceptable market share in the designated area

- Professionally present the company to all parties, demonstrating good communicational, organisational and ethical standards
