Finance Administrators Needed!

Location: Bromsgrove

Bell Cornwall Recruitment have a new opportunity as an IFA Administrator, working with one of our professional clients based in Bromsgrove.

The role requires you to:

* Provide efficient administrative support to a number of IFA's

* To be point of contact for clients, other offices and members of the business

* Maintain all admin systems ensuring all data is up to date

* Maintain the diary system

* Assist with the management of the IFA's portfolio of existing business

* Ensure all relevant documents are scanned and attached to the relevant records

* Prepare new business packs for IFA client meetings

* Obtain research when requested

* Obtain existing policies, ensuring systems are updated accurately

* Have 1 to 1 meetings with each of the IFA's

Key requirements:

* Have a minimum of 12 months admin experience

* Ability to work to deadlines

* Advanced IT skills

* Be focused on achieving results

* Excellent interpersonal skills

* Have an eye for detail

* Willing to learn

* Ability to work as part of a team
