Internal Audit - Lead
Churchill Howard are working with a household brand named business to recruit an internal auditor as part of its audit and risk team within the business.
The internal auditor will conduct audits to provide independent assurance on the design and effectiveness of processes and controls which mitigate significant business risk. They will also provide recommendations to drive effective and efficient controls and processes leveraging best practices to support the business in its focus on continuous improvement. As part of this, you will have high exposure across the business and interface at all levels.
To be successful in the role, you are likely to be at assistant manager or manager level within audit, preferably from within a big 4 environment. You will need to demonstrate a track record of building successful relationships and the ability to influence at senior levels.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral are also a must for the preparation and presentation of audit reports. You will also have experience and knowledge of data analytics.
