Your new role
Provide comprehensive business support for the services commissioned by the Integrated Urgent Care Team. Act as the lead point of contact for all departmental contracting matters and contract variations.
Undertake contract management duties to provide assurance that Providers are contract compliant.
To support all contracts being monitored against service specification, outcome, performance indicators and cost.
To provide and co-ordinate administrative and secretarial services; including for example, the preparation of agendas and minutes, taking appropriate follow-up action as required.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience of minute taking and agendas
Experience of attending conference meetings
Experienced within Microsoft Suite packages.
Excellent attention to details
Effective communicator and team worker
Word processing skills
