Account and Sales Administrator
SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Account and Sales Administrator to be based with one of their clients in Burton-on-Trent. This is a new role that has been created that will be responsible for looking after a small amount of accounts and supporting the workload and getting stuck in with some of the day to day tasks. This role also offers a lot of progression and eventually will see someone move into a Supervisory position.
Typical duties will include:
- Be responsible for day to day sales activity within an office based environment
- Supporting the Sales Manager and team in the day to day Sales process activities
- Occasional customer facing site visits will be required
- Managing all incoming sales enquiries inclusive of telephone calls, email enquiries and existing customer requirements as they arise
- Account Management role supporting the Sales Manager
- Providing Reports to customer in a timely manner
- Responding to customer account enquiries and resolving Invoice queries within a timely manner
- Providing an Account review plan for Key account customers
- Providing quotations using a pre designed template
- Managing internal processes within the office
- Working as a Key member of an existing team
- Development opportunities are available within the role and within our business

The client are looking for someone to join the business and hit the ground running with all of the day to day tasks whilst also learning the role, the processes and procedures, the systems in place and getting to know the Accounts/maintaining the relationships.
You must also have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Programmes.
