An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contact Centre Advisor to join a successful company based in Redditch. After experiencing growth in the business my client is looking to expand their contact centre team enabling them to continue to provide excellent standards of customer service and assistance. This will be predominantly taking inbound calls in a call centre environment. The company offer a fantastic 6 week training programme to ensure you have all the support and knowledge to be successful.

This role had a fantastic starting salary of GBP9.31 per hour rising to GBP10.49 after 13 weeks with opportunities for permanent positions. This is a full time, temporary role to start immediately so I require candidates who are not currently working. There could be more long term or permanent opportunities for the right candidate.

The main duties will be:

Providing excellent customer service via telephone and email

Answer incoming calls and dealing with enquiries professionally

Use questioning and listening techniques to identify customer problems

Managing customer enquiries and expectations

Listening and typing information/updating database with accuracy

The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills:

Excellent communication skills

Have experience working in a call centre or contact centre

Ability to multi task and prioritise

Have a warm and empathetic manner

Be able to work under pressure

High level of competence in all Microsoft packages

Ability to prioritise and work to deadline

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Any experience within customer service, customer service advisor, contact centre or call centre would be an advantage.
