TECHNICAL HELPDESK MANAGER

SHIPSTON-ON-STOUR, WARWICKSHIRE

UP TO GBP33,000 plus benefits and free car parking

Do you enjoy managing and motivating a small team and providing a prestigious portfolio of clients with helpdesk support, to solve their technical problems?

The Technical Helpdesk Manager in addition to providing Helpdesk Support will also be involved with:

Developing product fixes and patches for issues found in the application code
Training, motivating and managing the Helpdesk IT team
Assisting with implementations and customer training
Managing bug fixes and product development with the product development team

To be successful as the Technical Helpdesk Manager you need:

Helpdesk management experience e.g. IT Support Manager, Service Desk Supervisor
Solid technical background combined with customer service experience
Experience of managing a small team
Commercial C# .net experience
Good knowledge of SQL
Inquisitive mind to carry out research and continue to learn

Shipston-on -Stour has limited public transport services (Moreton-in-Marsh, Banbury, and Stratford-upon-Avon are commutable via bus) but a car would be desirable.
