Call Handler / Customer Services Administrator
Temporary - initially 4-6 weeks although maybe longer

National Minimum Wage
Monday - Friday working hours between 8:30am - 6pm

Our client has a vacancy for a temporary member of staff to support them in their busy customer service department. The role is initially anticipated to last for 4-6 weeks although there is scope that it could be extended.


* Reviewing requests for an appointment

* Making calls to arrange suitable appointments

* Logging appointments accurately on the system

* Answering incoming calls resolving any queries

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have some previous office based experience. You must have a good telephone manner and accurate data entry skills. You should also be available to start at short notice.
