A results-orientated role where the successful candidate will drive the performance of the Halfords Autocentres Digital Marketing increasing sales and improving efficiency for Halfords Autocentres.

Key accountabilities
• Drive web bookings, sales & margin via our digital acquisition channels
• Lead PPC and SEO strategy, delivery and performance
• Manage and develop the Digital Marketing Exec.
• Collaborate with digital and marketing team to improve overall marketing performance to run link building campaigns
• Collaborate with shared in house resource and agencies as needed to improve on site SEO
• Work cross functionally with the digital product owner and wider digital and marketing teams to drive performance and customer experience

Halfords Autocentres are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to manage the in house, PPC, SEO and Digital marketing activity for Halfords Autocentres.

• Driving bookings and revenue
• Own and manage the Google Ads, Bing Ads and Facebook advertising accounts
• Lead an SEO strategy to improve organic performance
• Line manage and develop the Digital Marketing Executive
• Work with the Digital team to improve conversion rates, optimise landing pages and improve the customer experience
• Maximise the performance of SEO and PPC via local targeting and activity
• Work alongside the website owner to ensure development of the website leads to SEO best practice
• Collaborate with teams and individuals across the business to work towards joint campaigns and objectives
• Build rapport with partners to promote sales of services and stock
• Research and utilise new opportunities in paid search to maximise bookings and revenue
• Manage an external agency to gain links and work to improve the website through technical SEO
• Responsible for initiating and delivering tactical, ad-hoc campaigns and offers to drive results

• Strong hands-on understanding and experience of Google Ads, Bings Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
• Excellent understanding of Google Analytics and the ability to drive insight from data
• Good understanding of SEO best practices, demonstrable experience of local SEO an advantage
• Strong communication and people skills
