We have a client looking for a Business Manager for their franchised site in the Nuneaton area dealing in new and used cars. The ideal candidate will already have experience as a Business Manager, with a strong track record within the franchised motor trade. The abilities to control the provision of finance within the sales department, to train and motivate the other sales staff and ensure the best customer experience at all times are key to success. This is a fast-passed environment, dealing with approximately 1000 new and used units per year, so enthusiasm and energy are vital. In return, you will receive a basic salary in the region of GBP20,000 dependent on experience, with OTE of GBP50,000+ per annum. You will also receive a company car and many other benefits associated with working for a reputable dealer group. The company runs a 3 week working cycle of 6 days, 6 days and 4 days.
